Chapter Bylaws
The Minneapolis Chapter operates under the following governance principles:
The Minneapolis Chapter operates under the governance of the CvCISO Community national organization.
Board members serve two-year terms with elections held annually in December.
Monthly meetings require a quorum of at least 25% of active members for official business.
Membership dues are set annually by the board and approved by member vote.
All members must adhere to the CvCISO Community Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct.
Chapter amendments require a two-thirds majority vote of active members.
