Welcome to the Minneapolis Chapter
The founding chapter of CvCISO Community, established in 2023 in the heart of Minneapolis. Our chapter brings together virtual and fractional CISOs, security executives, and information security professionals from the Twin Cities metro area.
Our Mission: To foster a community of information security practitioners, promote mentorship, and enhance the professional development of virtual Chief Information Security Officers (vCISOs). Our mission to fix the broken industry comes first. The priority is and always will be helping people. Whether it’s training, resources, or threat intelligence we will do our best to provide free tools to improve how we protect people’s data.
Purpose Statement: To share resources and sharpen skills to build better information security professionals and communities.
